Procedure: There will be open bidding on the each property and any combination of properties.
Acceptance of Bid Prices: The successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction. As long as the minimum reserve price is met the property will be sold.
Buyers Premium: A two percent (2%) Buyers premium will be added to the successful bid to determine the Contract Purchase Price.
Down Payment: 10% down payment on the day of auction with the balance in cash at closing. The down payment shall be made with a $1,000 cashiers check with the balance of the 10% being in the form of cash, cashiers check, personal check, or corporate check.
